Everton have agreed a deal for Jack Grealish to return to the club on loan from Man City.
The 30-year-old winger is set for a medical on Merseyside, with his move expected to be completed before tonight's 11pm transfer deadline.
Grealish spent te first half off last season on loan at Everton, scoring twice and providing six assists in 20 appearances for the Blues, before sustaining a season-ending foot injury in January.
