Cahill injury shock

X-rays have revealed that Tim Cahill has not suffered a broken foot...well given our recent run of (bad) luck with injuries I thought it was shock news.
What, you thought he'd broken it?!

Cahill hobbled off the pitch with five minutes to go against Arsenal, roughly around the same time that the game started going tits up for the Blues, and it was feared that he'd suffered a recurrance of the foot injury that has seen him sidelined several times.

But Everton's makeshift marksman is still a doubt for Everton's trip to Old Trafford as he has suffered severe bruising.

Which is by no means ideal but Everton would probably be better of resting him for the trip to United to ensure that he's fully fit for the FA Cup tie against Liverpool.
