With Joleon Lescott becoming somewhat of a mainstay in the England set-up recently, Jagielka has been overlooked despite showing the better form earlier in the season.
But after a solid display against Liverpool, it's thought that Capello is ready to offer the centre half a recall.
After the game Capello was not heard saying: "Fuck me, that Jagielka had Torres in his arse pocket all game there!"
But he may have said something to that effect!
Jagielka has not featured for England since making his debut during the 3-0 win over Trinidad and Tobago last June.
It will obviously be a cause for celebration for Jagielka, i'd imagine it's a bit like getting your place in the school team, but I doubt that many Blues will be that excited by the news.
In fact how many of you are already thinking he'll probably get bloody injured now?!
