Comment: Big Dunc leads the way

Cometh the hour, cometh the man ! It must have been written in the stars that
Big Dunc would come back from injury to give his new boss his first win.
This was going to sound like a Police song with the three D's getting
Everton back to winning ways.

It was (D)Davie Moyes who has come in and made the players believe in
themselves and want to wear the Blue jersey with pride. It was (D)David Unsworth who scored the first goal to get the new bosses day of to a flyer and Unsy went off to a standing ovation. And it was Big ( D) Dunc who got
the winner for his new boss and he lived up to the Captain's armband that
David gave him for the day.

The fact that Everton won the game after the week that all Evertonians have
had was great but the way that they dug in and played for an hour with only 10 men makes it even more special...........everyone in a Blue jersey played their part and the fans too made it more like the way it was in the good old days. This is only the start of what we all hope will be the revival and survival but
we have another Big game against Derby next week and that will be a tough
match !

At Goodison we had 34,639 fans all playing their part and their passion was
felt by the players as they battled for the cause one or two maybe battled too much and that is why we ended up with only 10 men !What we didn't want was any injuries or suspensions. We don't have the squad to cope.Gravesen sent off and Radzinski taken off stretches the squad for next week,so maybe the boss will have to dip into his £11 million that he has at his disposal
before the transfer deadline.

We have already seen the first man to leave the good ship Goodison,Paul
Gascoigne. Gazza is off to join Premiership hopefuls Burnley, till the end of the
season. I am sure that all Everton fans thank Gazza for his time that he spent with the club and we wish him all the best at Turf Moor and beyond.

According to reports, the club are being linked with,Bobby Zamora(again)and
Jason Koumas, but there has been no official word from the club as yet.
Well Davie that is you're first day at the office over as an Everton Manager
and you have passed the first hurdle with flying colours,so just another eight wins and you can retire ! (No Chance, you are home now and this is were you belong ) !

In one of David Moyes' first interview's he said,"I am joining the people's
football club in Liverpool " and tonight David the people are happy with you and the three points gained for "our "club .

Everyone is 100% behind you Davie but you will know that from the first time
you walked into the club.
