Very worried but still proud that an Everton player is the top scorer In Euro 2004 and one of the top if not "the" top player of the tournament so far ! David Moyes ? Proud and worried that Everton's prize asset will be lured away in a bidding war after the tournament ends and looking for reassurance from the board and the Chairman that this will not happen !!!!
The Managers of Man.Utd,Chelsea,Real Madrid,Barcelona and many other top clubs in Europe Who will now be alerted to the fact that this young 18 year old who plays for a club Doing no better than 17th in the league wondering if they can lure the kid away to Pastures new ! What do you think ? Deep down in your heart of hearts if one of the above Come to Everton with a bid of 50 Million or more,do you think the board in their current State would be able to turn it down ? Would Wayne want to stay ?
I am no different from The rest of the Evertonians,I think he is wonderful and think what he has done so far Has been superb and would hate to see him leave but I have this sickening feeling that If certain chairman get their way,Wayne could be Russian out of Goodison after Euro 2004,I hope that I am wrong !!!
