Everton squad members have been queing up to praise the manager, first up is David Unsworth, who said " It's a different place now and a different mentality is beginning to show in the supporters as well. They are walking round with their heads held high. We don't want to go back to those days where we were scrambling for points. We are quite happy now to be looking down at most teams in the Premiership and we are wanting to be challenging for honours at the end of the season."
