Whilst it is thought that Parker will take a pay cut to come to Everton, he is thought to have tripled his wages when he moved to Chelsea, putting him somewhere around the £50,000 per week mark.
The news comes after confirmation that Simon Davies will head north to Goodison for a medical on Tuesday, with a view to completeing his signing for an initial £3.5m.
