Everton move in for Brazil star

The midfielder was due to sign for the Yorkshire based club this week, but they are struggling to raise the requested £4m transfer fee. It is unlikely that Everton have that sort of cash, but it is believed that Everton are in negotiations regarding a loan deal until the end of the season, with an option to extend the deal for a pre-determined price.
