Everton set for £1m Samuel bid

Samuel has taken the Scottish game by storm and has attracted a huge amount of interest from a number of Premiership clubs. He is currently on a one week trial at Everton along with his striking partner at Falkirk, Lee Miller.

"There has been a groundswell of Premiership clubs enquiring if he can go on trial with them," Said Samuel's agent.

"But that's not on the agenda for Falkirk. Collin's had his week's training at Everton lined up for a month because Ian McCall and David Moyes are long-term friends.

"It was just a wild coincidence that he scored a hat-trick in 30 minutes at the weekend and then went training with Everton this week.

"But anyone else who wants to see him is going to have to go to Falkirk and have a look.

"Now Collin's developed his reputation, David Moyes might be forced to act quicker than he might have done."
