Everton set to up bid for Healy

THe Irish international has been out of favour with the Glasgow club and is out of contract at the end of the season.  However, David Moyes is keen to bring Healy to Goodison before the transfer window closes, and the club may be willing to meet Celtic's £250,000 asking price.
