Everton to get Yobo for £3.5m

Everton have first refusal on the young star, and it had been thought that we would wait until the end of the season before making a deal permanent, but Everton have decided to swoop early, and the deal is expected to be completed in the next 24 hours.

In an interview with Everton's official website, David Moye explained the run up to the deal. “The two clubs have agreed a deal with Marseille over Joseph Yobo,” the Blues Boss exclusively told evertonfc.tv. "We have been working hard to try and finalise the deal and the Board at Everton have been fantastic in putting the finances in place.
