Moyes said: "Thomas has sustained a medial ligament injury, which looks as if it will probably keep him out for the remainder of the season. It is not serious enough to cause any problems for the European Championships. It will be tight, he may possibly make the last game of the season but it is certainly going to keep him out for a couple of weeks."
