Kenwright set for ownership announcement

Following a board meeting on Monday it is believed that Kenwright is waiting to see if fellow director and rival Paul Gregg can raise the £15m in new investment that he has promised. Should Gregg come up with the money it is expected that Kenwright will resign as chairman, to be replaced by Gregg.

Gregg has also seeked to assure David Moyes that he will not look to replace him as manager should he take control of the club.

We will have news on the decision as soon as we have it.
