Moyes told Everton's official website: "I have said before that everybody who is at Everton is staying at Everton.
"I have been impressed with Tommy Gravesen ever since I came here. And I was very impressed with his performances in the World Cup. I have spoken to him since and I have a very good relationship with him.
"I also have a very good relationship with Graham Taylor and if he was going to make an offer or even considering one I would have thought he would speak to me first - and I can say, hand on heart, that hasn't happened."
Whulst Everton aren't going to take the world by storm next season, and we aren't going to sign any big names, the club have sorted the finances out to the point where we don't need to asset strip anymore, which can only be a good thing.
