"I've shown them (Everton) I want to stay - but we'll have to see what happens in a couple of months from now. Football changes and the manager gave me his ambitions for the season - we're going to do much better so let's hope it continues." Said the Nigerian international.
Everton have first refusal on Yobo, and look almost certain to extend his current one year loan to a 5 year deal before the end of the season.
Yobo also revealed what his ambitions were for Everton this year. He said: "I don't think we will be fighting for the championship - but getting a European place would be perfect for us." Couldn't agree more.
