Rather, it refers to Arsenal's transfer policy this summer which seems to have revolved around Cesc Fabregas being (over) valued at £50 million and then baulking when Everton place a price tag of £20 million on Phil Jagielka's head.
Which was a bit of a gamble by the club - if it's even true at all - but they must be aware that Man United are broke and Man City aren't in the market for a centre half...but why should that stop them?!
And another of City's supposed targets, Mikel Arteta, has aroused the interest of the Gunners gaffer once more and he's thought to be ready to bid for the midfielder...once he sells Cesc Fabreags to Barcelona...which brings us neatly back to the start of the article...
