Baxter has been at Everton since he was six-years-old and became Everton's youngest ever first team player when he came off the bench to face Blackburn on the opening day of the 2008/09 season.
He then became the youngest Everton player to start a first team game for Everton when he lined up against West Brom a week later.
But, after Everton's appalling injury crisis abated that season, Baxter found his first team opportunities limited and the club now feel he'd be better off gaining regular first team experience at a lower level.
And hopefully it'll help him steer clear of those ne'er do wells that got him arrested over drug related charges last year!
