"The gaffer introduced us to a psychologist who has been working with us over the weekend," he explained.
"We've had a couple of sessions with him. He has split us into different units - attackers, midfielders and defenders - to do some work with each of us.
"We have all given it a go and hopefully we will get some benefit from it."
