Everton v West Brom

MATCH PREVIEW

Everton have managed only three league wins all season and frustration is starting to creep in at Goodison Park. They are on a four-match run without a victory and have spent just one week of the season in the top half of the table.

We have to roll our sleeves up and work harder, try harder and keep going, keep fighting

West Brom boss Roberto Di Matteo

Their over-reliance on the goals of midfielder Tim Cahill was again evident in the 2-2 draw with Sunderland on Monday night. The fact that he has scored seven of the Toffees' 16 league goals, with only two coming from the club's strikers, is of great concern to manager David Moyes.

A month ago, West Brom were fourth following a six-match unbeaten run that included a famous win at Arsenal and a draw at Old Trafford.

But the wheels have come off in dramatic fashion and if results go against them on Saturday they could be pushed into the relegation places alongside bitter rivals Wolves.

Manager Roberto Di Matteo says his side must work harder to recapture the form that saw them lauded as one of the best footballing sides in the Premier League - a necessity if they are to shrug off their yo-yo existence between the top two divisions.
